Priority shipping is an optional paid service. If you select it, your order is prepared ahead of standard orders so it can be handed over to the courier sooner than with normal warehouse processing.
The service applies only to warehouse preparation and dispatch. It does not change the courier company's delivery time after the parcel has been handed over.
If you place your order on a business day before 12:00 and select priority shipping, we normally dispatch the parcel on the next business day.
If the next day is a weekend or public holiday, the expected dispatch date is the next actual business day. During periods with increased order volume, especially around Christmas, priority orders may take up to two business days to dispatch.
The priority shipping fee is charged separately from the shipping method. It may also be selected for orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.
Priority shipping is not available if your cart contains a product that requires extra preparation, such as stem cutting. In this case the checkout will show a separate message explaining why priority shipping cannot be selected.
